This study aims to evaluate and select seed production of Jenio curly chilli, Siostavi curly chilli, Burung cayenne pepper, Manik cayenne pepper and Rinjani cayenne pepper that tolerant to 75 percent shade conditions. The research was conducted in the farmland of Jalan Tamyiz, Timbangan Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency (3.20489⁰ S, 104.65982⁰ T) from May to September 2024. This study used a Randomized Block Design consisting of five accessions and three blocks. Each accession consisted of 15 plants, each block has 5 plants so there are 75 total chilli plants. Data analysis with anova (Analysis of Varience), mean value and standard deviation, descriptively through pictures, graphs, visual photos and direct observation. The observed parameters include growth and production parameters, namely plant height, flowering age, harvest age, color of young and ripe fruit, flower and fruit position, number of fruits per harvest, fruit weight per harvest, total number of fruits per plant, total fruit weight per plant, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit shape and seed production. The results showed that production parameters such as total fruit, fruit weight and growth parameters such as plant height and fruit length in Jenio Curly Chilli, Siostavi Curly Chilli, and Manik Cayenne Chilli varieties were superior varieties under 75 percent shade conditions, accessions that produce well and are resistant to 75 percent shade conditions are genotypes of Jenio Curly Chilli, Siostavi Curly Chilli and Manik cayenne pepper, the highest total seeds produced under 75 percent shade conditions are Manik Rawit Chilli with a total of 5630 seeds, Jenio Curly Chilli with a total of 1039 seeds, and Siostavi Curly Rawit Chilli with a total of 808 seeds.
