Steam generator plays an important role in promoting the development of industry and Services, almost all industries using steam generator or boiler in running produclion. steam generator power in the PT. Mainstay crown Palm- South Sumatra using 2 units of steam generators (boilers), which is a supplier of steam for a steam power plant. management of palm oil seed industry that uses a lot of energy in every process of production. one piece of equipment at the plant that uses energy is a boiler. This tool should always be ready to perform its function as a production of steam so the steam used to drive turbines to production mechanical work that serves as a generator electricity. this generated electricity generators used for proces production. boiler efficiency is always changing according to the production capacity. The calculation is done with efficiency vary the capacity of the boiler steam generated starting fforn 19 tons/ hour, 20 tons / hour, 22 tons / hour, and 24 tons / hour to calculate its heat losses. where capacity boiler steam generated is directly proportional to fuel consumed boiler, the higher capacity boiler steam generated so fuel consumption is increasing. from the calculation is known that the capacity of 19 tons of steam / hour obtained a total heat loss 13410608, 90 kJ / hour, and the highest efficiency of 82.3%.
