The screening program is part of the tuberculosis elimination efforts implemented by the Healthy Sriwijaya Community of Palembang City. This program aims to prevent and treat tuberculosis through finding suspected cases, counseling, and education. The purpose of this research is to find out how the communication strategy carried out by Komunitas Masyarakat Sehat Sriwijaya in the tuberculosis screening program in Palembang City. Using Hafied Cangara's communication strategy theory which includes research, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting, this research explores target planning, program implementation, and evaluation of results. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through documentation study, observation, and in-depth interviews with four informants: program leader, community cadres, community staff, and confirmed tuberculosis patients. The results showed that the communication strategy of the Healthy Sriwijaya Community of Palembang City successfully reached the target audience by considering the characteristics of the target, the use of feedback sheets, and collaboration with stakeholders at the screening location.
