Business feasibility is the result of an in-depth analysis of a business to determine whether the business is worth running. This analysis is also known as a business feasibility study. This research was conducted to calculate the added value and feasibility of a business unit processing grain into premium rice to find out whether the premium rice milling business is feasible. The research was conducted in September 2023. The research method used was surveys and interviews assisted by questionnaires with a total of 50 respondents. The business of processing grain into premium rice has quite big opportunities in the future because it can provide quite large economic benefits. The research results show that this rice processing business is feasible because it provides greater profits compared to capital and a faster return on investment over the specified project period by providing added value of IDR 4,579/kg of grain. Meanwhile, the results of the feasibility analysis show that the NPV value obtained is IDR 173,420,859,979, the IRR is 75,180% for a bank interest rate of 10%. Gross B/C is 2,006. Net B/C is 1,002. and the payback period is 2,605 or 32 months. So it can be concluded that PT Telang Agro Mandiri's rice processing business is feasible and can provide profits.
