This research aims to analyze the growth rate, contribution, and effectiveness of Property Tax (PBB-P2), Land and Building Acquisition Tax (BPHTB), and Groundwater Tax on the local revenue of Palembang City from 2018 to 2022. This research utilizes a quantitative descriptive method. The data for this research are the reports of PBB-P2, BPHTB, groundwater tax revenue, and local revenue of Palembang City from 2018 to 2022, as well as interviews with the officials from the Palembang City Revenue Agency (BPKAD). The research analysis techniques employ formulas for growth rate analysis, contribution analysis, and effectiveness analysis. The findings of this research indicate that the revenue from PBB-P2 in Palembang City from 2018 to 2022 experienced unsuccessful growth rate, moderate contribution, and effectiveness. The revenue from BPHTB in Palembang City from 2018 to 2022 experienced less successful growth rate, less contribution, and less effectiveness. The revenue from groundwater tax in Palembang City from 2018 to 2022 experienced unsuccessful growth rate, very minimal contribution, and less effectiveness.
