This research was conducted at PT Sumatra Prima Fibreboard, which is one of the industries engaged in plywood processing, namely Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), where the company's production and activities produce hazardous and toxic waste (B3). This research aims to determine the management of B3 waste from PT. Sumatra Prima Fiberboard (PT. SPF) Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province in accordance with the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number 6 of 2021 concerning Procedures and Requirements for B3 Waste Management with the variables used being sorting and containerization, transportation, storage and management . This research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods, namely in-depth interviews, observation and document review as well as validity testing carried out through triangulation of data, methods and sources. The results of the research show that overall the management of B3 Waste carried out is in accordance with PP Number 22 of 2021 but there are still several shortcomings, namely that efforts to sort and contain B3 Waste carried out by PT SPF are not yet optimal, but most of the B3 waste produced is not yet grouped according to waste characteristics, reduction efforts, there is still mixing of hazardous waste, there are no hand washing facilities available at the hazardous waste TPS, the hazardous waste TPS has not been cleaned every day therefore it is still necessary improvements to optimize the management of B3 Waste which is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations
