Various genital diseases in adolescent girls can affect their quality of life, especially regarding incorrect vulvar cleansing practices. Knowledge was measured using a knowledge questionnaire. The results of a paired t test obtained p value 0.000 < α 0.05 which means that there is a significant difference between the knowledge of adolescent girls before and after getting health education about vulvar hygiene with UMON media. The results of an independent t test obtained p value = 0.046 < α 0.05 which means that there is a significant difference in the knowledge of respondents after receiving health education about vulva hygiene with UMON media and booklets in the intervention group and control group. Providing a modified snakes and ladders game that contains information about vulvar hygiene can be one of the ways that can be made to prevent the onset of venereal disease.
