This study aims to analyze and find empirical evidence on the effect of environmental social governance and green innovation on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. The population of this research is companies on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. By using the purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this study was 44 companies with total data observations of 132. The independent variables in this research are environmental social governance and green innovation with firm value as the dependent variable and firm size as a moderating variable. This study used a quantitative approach with secondary data. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis with SPSS software version 26. The results show environmental social governance has no significant effect, green innovation has a negative effect on firm value, and firm size did not moderate the effect of environmental social governance and green innovation on firm value.
