This study examined the effect of training and career development on the employees and cashiers' performance of Indomaret sector 3 Ilir at PT Indomarco Prismatama Palembang. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of training and career development on the employees and cashiers' performance of Indomaret sector 3 Ilir at PT Indomarco Prismatama Palembang. The type of research data used was quantitative data. The data source for this study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The population of this research was all Indomaret Sector 3 Ilir employees, totaling 53 employees. The sample in this study was taken from all 53 employees which used a census technique. The results of the analysis in this study based on the hypothesis testing that has been carried out showed that training and career development have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Indomaret 3 llir sector employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Palembang.
