PENGARUH MOTIF PENGGUNAAN DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI PADA AKUN INSTAGRAM @INFOLUBUKLINGGAU TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA DALAM MEMPEROLEH INFORMASI (Studi terhadap Followers Aktif Akun Instagram @infolubuklinggau)
The Instagram account @infolubuklinggau is a provider of local information in the city of Lubuklinggau and its surroundings. Despite identified issues regarding content and technical aspects, this account still maintains a high level of popularity. This study aims to determine the influence of Usage Motives and Information Quality on User Satisfaction in obtaining information. The theory used in this study are the Uses and Gratifications Theory developed by Katz, Blumler, and Gurevitch, the DeLone and McLean Model, and the User Satisfaction indicator from Clairine and Widayatmoko. This study uses a quantitative method by applying Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) data analysis which is then processed using the SmartPLS 4.1 software. There are 100 samples in this study that were selected through non-probability sampling techniques, namely convenience sampling, purposive sampling, and quota sampling. The results of the study show that Usage Motives partially have a positive but not significant effect on User Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.066, a p-value of 0.450, and a t-statistic value of 0.756. Meanwhile, Information Quality has a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.811, a p-value of 0.000, and a t-statistic value of 10.643. In addition, Usage Motives and Information Quality simultaneously affect User Satisfaction with an R-square value of 0.700.
