This research aims to analyze the factors that influence company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies in Indonesia. This research examines the influence of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Company Size (SIZE) on Price to Book Value (PBV). By using secondary data obtained from financial reports of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2023 with multiple regression analysis, the research results show that DPR and ROE have a positive effect on company value. Meanwhile, SIZE has a negative effect on company value. This implies that increasingly complex company sizes require efficient management of resources to avoid the risk of loss.
