History learning is one of the compulsory subjects in schools. In its implementation, History lessons are often said to be boring lessons. With new innovations, of course, it will change students' thinking in learning History, one of which is technology- based learning such as digital teaching modules that will attract students' attention, this digital module of the Sriwijaya Kingdom can help students make lessons interesting and fun. Coupled with using a structured research method, the method used in this study is research & Development (R & D) and in the development model section using Alessi & Trollip which is divided into 3 parts, namely planning, designing, and development. This development is aimed at class X.3 students of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. At this development stage, of course, there are many stages and all stages have been successfully implemented. The alpha test that tests the feasibility of the digital module is divided into three experts who validate it, namely media, materials, and language. Media validation gets a score of 4.93, material validation 4.90, and language validation 3.80 which can be categorized as feasible and valid. Furthermore, the beta test obtained results of 4.40 for individual tests, 4.55 for small group tests, and 87.5 which previously obtained results of 34.64 for field tests which can be stated as effective learning. In obtaining the final results using the N-gain formula, it obtained 0.80 which is included in the high value category. This shows that the level of students' understanding of the Sriwijaya Kingdom material can increase when carrying out digital module learning based on problem based learning.
