This study aims to analyze the influence of productive assets, the number of mobile phone subscribers, and third-party funds on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The research data utilized information from 2018 to 2022, obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the World Bank. The analyzed variables include productive assets, the number of mobile phone subscribers, and third-party funds. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The analysis method applied in this research is multiple linear regression, aimed at evaluating the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The analysis results indicate that productive assets and third-party funds have a significant impact on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Conversely, the number of mobile phone subscribers did not show a significant influence in the long term. In the short term, profitability levels are influenced by changes in productive assets and third-party funds. These findings contribute significantly to the management of Islamic banks by enhancing profitability through the optimization of assets and third-party fund collection, while also understanding that external factors like technology adoption may be less significant in the context of bank profitability. Keywords: Productive Assets, Mobile Phone Subscribers, Third-Party Funds, Profitability
