The rubber industry is one of the plantation subsectors that plays a vital role in Indonesia's economy and contributes significantly to Indonesia's GDP, reaching 3.76 percent in 2022. This study aims to analyze the impact of industry concentration, measured using the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) and Market Share (MS), on the Price-Cost Margin (PCM) of the rubber industry in Indonesia. The data used is panel data spanning the period from 2012 to 2022, obtained from Indonesia’s Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical technique employed in this study is quantitative analysis using panel data regression. The results indicate that the HHI variable has a significant negative effect on PCM, while the MS variable has a significant positive effect on PCM.
