This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the quality of non-licensing services in the field of transportation on the social capital of the community in DPMPTSP Jambi Province. The research method used is a quantitative method using IBM SPSS 27 Software with statistical tests such as validity, reliability, t test, determinant coefficient, correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression. The population in this study is the community of non-licensing service users in the field of transportation in DPMPTSP Jambi Province with a sample of 79 users. The sample calculation uses the slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires offline with a linkert scale. The results of this research show that the validity test value for variables X and Y is 0,221, The reliability test value for variables X and Y is 0,761, t test value is 3,254, The test value of the determinant coefficient 〖(R〗^2) is 0,109, , the correlation test value is 0,348 and the social capital constant value in the simple linear regression test is 24,714. So, the quality of services provided by the Jambi Province DPMPTSP has a significant positive influence on the community's social capital.
