EVALUASI KINERJA SISTEM PEMOMPAAN LIMBAH MINYAK PADA HVU-II PT. PERTAMINA R U-III PLAJU-SUNGAI GERONG PALEMBANG
Centrifugal pump is one type of pump that has a very wide scope of use associated with the head and the resulting capacity. Various aitempts have been made in the design world to produce a centrifugal pump with the characteristics and performance of the maximum. This study intend t o compare the actual performance pump with design performance and determine the cause of the damage. The results showed that the pump working point for a new pipeline conditions are at Q = 0,0035 m3/s, H = 61 m and rj = 44%, for the condition of the pipeline with age ± 20 years, working point of the pump in Q = 0,001946 m3/s, H — 67,7 m and rj = 23,7%, and to operating conditions in field were at the time of discharge valve condition in a partially unopened (Throttling Valve) point pumps were working in O = 0,00139 m3/s, H = 69,97 m and r\ — 16,7%.
