This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and physical work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Kayuagung. The research subjects included all teachers with civil servant status in the school, with a total of 75 people, using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected through the questionnaire method, while the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study revealed that work discipline and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously.
