The kid's world can't be separated from the world ofplay. Experience ofplays is very influence for the development of kid's personality. Early childhood (0-6 years) is very important for children. Because during this growth period and development of children, from physical aspect, motoric, cognitive, social, spiritual and emotional. Palembang as the city of activily center in the Sumbagsel region has lillle recrealional and educalional facilities llial can accommodate the kid's activities of play. It is not proportional to the children's amount that reached nearly 20% ofthe total population ofthis region. So, to ftilfUl those needs, refer to the ministerial regulation number 11 in 2011, Palembang city need to plan the development of a entertainment and educational games ride for kids considering the importance of the provision of entertainment facilities which can be educate and train the children's intellihence which are not only trained cognitive intelligence only, but also can train affective intelligence and psychomotor of the children. As well as means that were capable to accommodate all the activities of the child to hone its ability to imagine, expression, and maximizing their creativity.
