Pinch analysis is a method for minimize the consumtion energy of Chemical process to compnte feasible target energy• termodynamic (minimum consumtion energy) and achive it with optimize heat recovery system, supply energy method and process operation condition It’s call integration process, heat integral ion, energy integration or pinch teenology. Comparison with manual analysis, we need ten minutes more time to get the information giving. And false possibility in computing will be happen. Using Matlab ’s program, the time required to obtain the required information is not up to one minute. With up tofour of each hot and cold streams in the heat exchanger network (HEN), the program can display some informations such as diagrams temperature interval, cascade, composite, grand composites, and pinch diagrams, and provide details of the required heat as hot and cold utility . From the results of the validation performed by the author using matlab program, obtained the same equal results with manual calculation.
