The purpose of this study was to determine the accountability of Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBH CHT) at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Government Prabumulih. Used of Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBH CHT) in the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Prabumulih unaccountable government that errors occur over the functions of the funds because Prabumulih not including tobacco-producing areas and not the tobacco industry environment. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research methods. Descriptive of making comparisons or connect with other variables, whereas qualitative research procedures that produce meaning descriptive form of words written or spoken of the people and observed behavior. Based on the interpretation of the data and interviews, showed that pengelolahan in the use of Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBH CHT) unaccountable, it is measured from the dimensions of financial integrity, financial statement disclosure dimension and the dimension of the observance of laws - laws. Therefore to create financial accountability in the use of funds and to avoid an error occurred fungtional shift of Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBH CHT), preferably the honesty of the government in using Danam then socialize in more tranfaransi financial statements, as well as details of activities that are more accurate listed in the regulations for the use of the allocation of funds to areas that are not producing tobacco and not the tobacco industry environment.
