Trade agreements between countries, such as the Indonesia-United Arab Emirates Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IUAE CEPA), reduce trade barriers and introduce economic opportunities. This research aims to analyse the opportunities for Indonesia's economic interests in the IUAE-CEPA. This research uses a descriptive method to explore the IUAE CEPA. The main data source is relevant literature, which is analysed through data validity techniques to ensure the reliability of the research results. The analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research conducted, IUAE CEPA offers export, investment, and global market access opportunities for Indonesia. This agreement reduces tariff barriers, facilitates UAE investment in Indonesia, and strengthens the economic sector based on Islamic principles. Indonesia's interests in IUAE CEPA include international trade, global market openness, and foreign direct investment. IUAE CEPA opens doors for Indonesian businesses to the UAE with up to 100% foreign ownership, enabling exploration of global markets, especially in the services sector. In the economic and financial context, the agreement provides greater access in the financial sector, supporting the growth of Indonesia's economic sector. Further research is recommended to understand the detailed impact and legal implications of IUAE CEPA on Indonesia. KEYWORD : IUAE CEPA, Economic Interest, National Interest
