PT. Fertilizer Sriwidjaja Palembang (Persero) is the first of urea fertilizer planl. The pump has an importanl role lo move the fluid from one place to another. This study was conducted t o analyze the performance of a water pumping system as a whole t o determine the pump efficiency by comparing actual performance and the performance of the design . The results of this study indicate that the pump decreased performance due to damage to the head of 10 m (design ) to 9 m (actual) , motor power 75 kW ( design ) to 78 kW (actual) , and efficiency of 15 % (design ) to 12 , 1 % (actual) .From the pump to the system head curve pump head design , there are intersecting lines between the pump head system w i t h pump head design that shows the working poin t pump with a capacity of 0,138 m /s2.
