This research analyzes the persuasive communication strategy implemented by the Region II Land Acquisition Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing towards the Identification and Inventory Task Force to improve performance in the Palembang–Betung Toll Road Land Acquisition project. The focus of this research is on persuasive communication strategies which include psychodynamic strategies, sociocultural strategies, and meaning construction strategies. A qualitative approach is used to explore persuasive communication strategies.
