PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, SANKSI PAJAK, DAN PEMUTIHAN PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR (PKB) TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PAJAK PADA KANTOR BAPENDA PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN UPTB KOTA PRABUMULIH
This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Tax Sanctions, and Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) Whitening on Tax Revenue at the South Sumatra Provincial Bapenda Office, UPTB, Prabumulih City. The type of data in this study is primary data. The primary data used in this study is a questionnaire created to collect such information and then filled out by respondents based on their answers to a series of questions given. The sampling technique carried out in this study was using the Isaac and Michael formula with 269 respondents. The analysis used was a descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS 29.0 softwere. The results of this study stated that Service Quality, Tax Sanctions, and Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) Whitening had a positive effect on Tax Revenue at the South Sumatra Provincial Bapenda Office, UPTB, Prabumulih City.
