PERAN REGULASI DIRI TERHADAP SENSITIVITAS PENOLAKAN PADA EMERGING ADULT YANG BERPACARAN
This study aims to determine the role of self-regulation in rejection sensitivity among emerging adults in romantic relationships. The hypothesis of this study posits that self-regulation plays a role in rejection sensitivity. The population of this study consists of emerging adults (18-25 years old) who are currently in a romantic relationship. A total of 442 participants were involved in the study, with an additional 55 participants for the trial (try out), selected using a purposive sampling technique.The measurement instruments used in this study were based on the self-regulation aspects proposed by Baumeister and Vohs (2007), with a reliability value of 0.913, and the rejection sensitivity components developed by Downey and Feldman (1996), with a reliability value of 0.894.
