STRATEGI PEMANFAATAN INSTAGRAMSEBAGAIMEDIA PROMOSI DAN KOMUNIKASI DI SAVIOURCAFE AND RESTO PALEMBANG
This article discusses the strategy of using Instagram as a promotional and communication medium at Saviour Cafe and Resto. The author explains the importance of Instagram as a popular and effective platform for building brand awareness and interacting with customers. This paper uses Chaffey's social media theory and its dimensions refer to Heuer. In this study, the authors highlight the steps taken by Saviour Cafe and Resto in optimizing their presence on Instagram, including creating engaging and consistent content, using interactive features such as stories and posts, and utilizing influencer marketing to increase visibility. The results showed that the strategy of utilizing Instagram has successfully helped Saviour Cafe and Resto in increasing their online presence temporarily, attracting the attention of potential customers, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The author also provides recommendations for more effective use of Instagram in the future, such as improving the quality of visual content, expanding engagement through comments and direct messages, and monitoring and analyzing data to continuously optimize marketing strategies on Instagram.
