This research aims to monitor and evaluate the workload of librarians at the Sriwijaya University Library and also the level of workload for librarians at the Sriwijaya University library. Focus on librarian workload. The research used Google Looker Studio to apply workload analysis to one of the performance benchmarks (KPI) of librarians at the Sriwijaya University Library. From the results of workload analysis, literature study, data collection with data validation and interviews, the results of the appropriate workload were 16 employees with 6 hours. then for the time the workload was overloaded, namely 9 people with details, 5 employees had an excess workload of 0.7, 1 employee had an excess workload of 0.5, 2 employees had an excess workload of 0.2, 1 employee had an excess workload of 0.1, and for underworkload that was 1 employee -0.2 The conclusion above was that 9 employees had more workload, 1 employee had less workload, 16 employees had an appropriate workload. working time limit is 6 hours. The type of activity given also affects the level of difficulty in completing the activity so that it takes more time to complete 1 activity. Daily activity targets. There is 1 employee who is short of total achievement time.
