This research aims to produce case method-oriented e-modules with the help of google sites that have a potential effect on students' critical thinking skills. In this research, the research subjects are students of class XI SMA Negeri South Sumatra. This research is a type of development research or RnD with the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical technique. Based on the data analysis conducted with the results of the product validation test by the media, the average score with a percentage of 87% on the material aspect is 90% and the language aspect is 100% on the media aspect, it is known that the case method-oriented e-module developed by researchers is declared feasible and practical with a percentage of 89% and 85% and has a potential effect on students' critical thinking skills with a percentage of 83%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the e-module developed by researchers is valid, practical, and has a potential effect on students' critical thinking skills.
