Stunting is a global health problem among children caused by chronic malnutrition and is characterized by a child's lower height than the age standard. Stunting has an impact on children's growth, intelligence levels, and adult health status. One effort to prevent stunting is to increase mothers' knowledge and attitudes about stunting prevention. The aim of this study is to find out the effect of eduzi and “find card” game simulation combination on mothers’s knowledge and attitudes related to stunting prevention in mothers with children under two years. This is a quantitative study with pre-experimental one group pretest-post test design. The total sample in this study was 60 mothers with children aged 0-24 months who were selected using non probability sampling with purposive samplings. The instrument used in this research are knowledge and attitude questionnaires. The statistical analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results of the study showed that the median value of mother's knowledge at pretest was 15 and post test was 18 with p value 0,000
