This study aims to analyze the effect of road infrastructure, workforce numbers, and wage levels on income inequality in Cities in East Java Province. The data used are panel data from 9 Cities in East Java Province for period 2014-2023. The analysis technique used is the panel data regression using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach method along with the results of individual analysis in 9 Cities in East Java Province. The results of the research show that road infrastructure has a positive and significant effect, while the workforce numbers and wage levels do not have a significant effect on income inequality in cities in East Java Province in 2014–2023.
