ABSTRACT The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is one of the crucial issues affecting the international community, including Indonesia. It is not uncommon for news related to the issue to be important to be reported to the public. This study aims to analyze the framing of information presented by two online media, namely CNN Indonesia and Detik.com related to the news of the Israel-Palestine conflict from July 23 to August 1, 2024. The method used in the research is a qualitative method using the framing analysis approach of the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki model on 192 news articles consisting of 100 news articles from CNN Indonesia online media and 92 news articles from Detik.com online media. The results showed similarities and differences between the two online media in presenting information framing related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. News from CNN Indonesia is dominated by news that refers to the international response to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with a narrative that highlights the condemnation of Israel's actions against Palestine, while Detik.com presents information with detailed and chronological information on the situation that occurred between Israel and Palestine. In presenting the information, CNN Indonesia tries to frame the news objectively and not provocative. While Detik.com presents information with balanced and straightforward narrative, firm, and detailed.
