The Rohingya ethnic group is one of the most sensitive ethnic groups in the world due to the violence experienced by this ethnic group in its territory by the Myanmar government. Indonesia, as one of the countries that supports and advances human rights values, as well as being a leader in Southeast Asia, under Jokowi's leadership, Indonesia is trying to show its participation in efforts to resolve the conflict. with various efforts. which prioritizes humanity and peace, such as how to manage foreign policy with diplomacy, as well as the allocation of foreign aid with a humanitarian focus which is mainly given to people from these ethnic groups. This research uses qualitative methods to clearly describe events that occurred on the author's research topic and to answer the research questions in this study. The library method is used in collecting research data to dig deeper into information related to the research topic through existing sources, where the information obtained can be analyzed by the author. This research also uses secondary data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, websites, videos, newspapers, magazines, and various data related to research problems. This research found research results, namely that Indonesian foreign aid includes 4 motives for foreign aid, namely motives such as moral & humanitarian, political/national security, economic and environmental. In terms of humanity, the assistance provided is based on the sense of humanity that Indonesia has as a country that upholds human rights. In National Security, Indonesia is based on the desire to maintain the stability of the country's security due to the large influx of refugees. On the economy, Indonesia is trying to improve economic relations behind this aid and also maintain economic stability due to this humanitarian crisis. Regarding the environment, Indonesia wants to ensure that the country's territorial environment remains safe.
