This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) and Sharia Compliance on fraud in Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia for the period 2013-2023. The independent variables in this study are ICG and Sharia Compliance ratios including IsIR, PSR, ZPR, IIR, EDR, and DEWR. This study used 77 samples from 7 BUSs registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with logistic regression statistical measurements. The results of this study indicate that ICG, IsIR, ZPR, IIR, EDR, and DEWR have no significant effect on fraud, while PSR has a significant negative effect on fraud.
