PENGARUH STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG DI KAFE POJOK KOPI, INDRALAYA
This study aims to analyse the effect of store atmosphere on repurchase intention at Pojok Kopi Café in Indralaya. This research uses quantitative methods and involves 100 respondents. The results showed that cleanliness, music, temperature, and layout have a significant influence on repurchase intention, while aroma, light, and colour have no significant effect. In addition, the overall store atmosphere has a considerable influence on repurchase intention. This research provides practical insights that can be used by Café Pojok Kopi to improve the store atmosphere and understand how the store environment significantly influences customer intention to make repeat purchases. The findings can also contribute to academic knowledge in the field of store atmosphere and repurchase Intention.
