PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BULLETIN BOARD UNTUK MEMBANTU MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA
This research aims to develop media-based learning bulletin board in order to improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects at the Junior High School (SMP) level. This research uses the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) which offers a systematic and structured approach in producing learning products. The development process begins with needs analysis through observation, interviews and diagnostic assessments of teachers and students to identify learning problems. This media is designed to present information interactively and interestingly, utilizing visual elements such as pictures, diagrams and infographics. Next, the media was tested for validity by material, language and media experts, with validation results showing an average score of 89.5% (the "very valid" category). Validation by material experts obtained a score of 88%, language experts 91%, and media experts 90%, indicating that this media meets the appropriateness standards for learning. The results of practicality and effectiveness tests through small group and individual (one-to-one) trials show that this media is practical to use with an average score of 86% and is effective in improving student learning outcomes. Calculation N-Gain Score shows an increase in learning outcomes from 0.35 (medium category) to 0.65 (high category). These data indicate that the media bulletin board able to significantly increase student motivation and learning outcomes.
