The Implementation of Mineral and Coal Mining Rules, it is part of one of the company's overall management systems in the context of controlling risks to the safety and health of mining operations. SMKP Minerba works as a reference for mines in Indonesia in implementing SMKP even though it has previously been implemented by SMK3. This study aims to test and analyze the application of the Mining Work Safety Management System (SMKP), analyze efforts to face challenges and analyze roles and responsibilities in SMKP planning to improve zero accident occupational safety and health at PT. Atika Tunggal Mandiri. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative and semi-quantitative approach. The results showed that the appropriate statement variables were valid, reliable, these variables did not occur multicollinearity symptoms, not heteroscedasticity, and the hypothesis of these variables was acceptable. However, there are several variables whose test results do not match, namely in the partial test whose value is > 0.05, the hypothesis is rejected and these results have no effect on the mining safety management system (SMKP). In an effort to minimize the risk of occupational hazards in the research results obtained in the qualitative analysis, namely the likelihood that occurs in the occurrence of work hazards is included in the possibility, the consequences are included in the Moderate. Meanwhile, semi-quantitative, likelihood test is included in the Very Serious – Serious category.
