This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the strengthening Pancasila profile project on the development of the growth mindset of students at SMP Negeri 20 Palembang. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population of this study was all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 20 Palembang with a total of 390 students. The sample in this study was 197 students from classes VIII.1, VIII.2, VIII.3, VIII.4, VIII.6, and VIII.11. The sample used was taken based on a simple random sampling type probability sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, linearity test, and simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the researchand discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from implementing the strengthening Pancasila profile project on the development of the growth mindset of students at SMP Negeri 20 Palembang. This is proven by the Sig. value. Deviation from linearity 0.0001
