This research aims to analyze and find out the Collaborative Governance of the Prabumulih Mobile Waste Bank Program at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu Distribution Unit (UID S2JB). Bank Sampah Mobile Prabumulih is a program that focuses on the importance of waste management, educating the public and the impact of waste on the environment. The methodology of this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with the data sources used were primary data and secondary data. The data in this study were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study employs the theory of Bryson and Crosby (2006). The results of this study found that Collaborative Governance in the management of the Prabumulih Mobile Waste Bank in the communication carried out between Collaborative Governance actors is currently going well and public awareness is starting to grow about waste management and opening up opportunities to increase income, although the impact generated by the collaborating parties has been classified as good. However, of course there are still shortcomings that are not yet significant because the condition of waste is still not fully managed properly, it is necessary to increase awareness, implementation and supervision of this program.
