EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM E-KINERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI BIRO ORGANISASI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness of the E-Kinerja application system implemented in the agency in supporting employee performance improvement. In the era of globalization and technological development, the implementation of the E-Kinerja system is expected to increase efficiency and transparency in employee performance management. This research uses qualitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources, involving employees of the Organization Bureau as research subjects. . In this study researchers used S.P Siagian's theory. The results showed that although the E- Kinerja system has been implemented, there are still challenges in terms of employee motivation and discipline that affect the effectiveness of the system. This study recommends increased support and training for employees to maximize their performance. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of technology-based performance management systems in improving employee performance, as well as providing insights for policy makers in efforts to improve performance in government agencies.
