The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding HHO gas with a variety of aluminum and stainless steel electrodes on the emissions of a 4-stroke combustion motorbike with Pertamax fuel. The research was carried out using a Suzuki Shogun motorbike and a wet cell type generator and emission testing was carried out using a gas analyzer. The research was carried out by testing the emissions of motorbikes with Pertamax combustion with varying speeds of 2000 rpm, to 4000 rpm, then testing the emissions by adding HHO gas with a generator using aluminum electrodes, then stainless steel electrodes, after that a comparison was carried out. the average value of each emission. The research results show that the addition of HHO gas using a generator with stainless steel electrodes to Pertamax fuel can reduce CO emissions by 39.58% and HC by 16.76%, and increase CO2 and O2 emissions by 25.80% and O2 by 3.91% compared to other materials. burn Pertamax. The addition of HHO gas using aluminum electrodes reduces CO emissions by 25%, HC 9.05%, and increases CO2 emissions by 8.02% and O2 by 2.36% compared to Pertamax fuel. Based on the results of this research, the use of Pertamax fuel with the addition of HHO gas using an HHO generator with stainless steel electrodes is more effective in reducing fuel emissions in 4-stroke motorbikes compared to aluminum
