This study aims to measure the magnitude of the relationship: 1) Service Oriented Value with employee performance, 2) Accountable Value with employee performance, 3) Competent Value with employee performance, 4) Harmonious Value with employee performance, 5) Loyal Value with employee performance, 6) Adaptive Value with employee performance, 7) Collaborative Value with employee performance, 8) Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative Value with employee performance. Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative values together with employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were 41 civil servants in the Bangka Regency DPRD Secretariat with a total sample of 37 people. The data collection technique used the questionnaire distribution method. The results indicate that employee performance is directly influenced by the core values of BerAKHLAK: service-oriented, accountable, loyal, and collaborative. Meanwhile, competent, harmonious, and adaptive values indirectly affect employee performance. Simultaneously, the relationship between the independent variables and employee performance accounts for 65.61%. The study suggests that achieving effective implementation of the BerAKHLAK core values requires an integrated approach that prioritizes enhancing the values of competence, harmony, and adaptability in relation to employee performance.
