GAYA BAHASA SINDIRAN DALAM ACARA TV “MAIN HAKIM SENDIRI” DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the characteristics, meanings, and implications of satire language styles, namely irony, cynicism, and sarcasm, in the TV show Main Hakim Sendiri. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a stylistic approach and semantic analysis to examine the diction, sentence structure, and socio-cultural context that shape the satire language style. The results showed that there were 171 satire utterances: 45 ironies, 78 cynicisms, and 48 sarcasms. Cynicism is the most dominant language style because it is assertive, directly satirical, but still uses words that are not harsh. The satire language style in this show functions as a creative criticism of individuals and the government, providing humor as well as social awareness. The implications of this study are relevant for learning anecdotal texts in high school in the Merdeka Curriculum, especially in the Indonesian language material for grade X. These results can help students understand the use of irony, cynicism, and sarcasm, while developing critical and creative thinking skills. Keywords: Satire Style, TV Shows, Anecdotal Texts.
