In addition, there are many beneflts that can be obtained such as the increase in relations between nations, the increase in tourism to the city's image. But Indonesia still has not had adequate facilities to host them in terms of quality and quantity. As one of the Indonesian province, North Sumatra has a chance as one of the advocates for the implementation of these well-known games. it is also Supported by culture and transportation / International airport. therefore, it requires planning and design of the International stadium in North Sumatra with a new attractive building, comfortable, portray the culture of the area, as well as the International class.
