This study aims to determine and describe the cognitive, affective, and conative perceptions of Indonesian Language and Literature Education students towards modern Bangsawan Theater in Palembang Malay Traditional Theater Course. This research uses a survey method with data sources collected from Indonesian Language and Literature Education students from batch 2022 to batch 2024. Based on the results of research that has been conducted by researchers, the results for cognitive perceptions of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Students get a percentage of 48%, namely agreeing to the cognitive aspect statement, then the results for affective perceptions of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Students get a percentage of 44%, namely agreeing to the affective aspect statement, then for conative perceptions of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Students get a percentage of 45%, namely disagreeing to the conative aspect statement.
