Social media has now become an integral part of daily life, including in the field of education. In this study, Clash of Champions holds potential to promote a positive perspective on the importance of higher education among its viewers, particularly high school students who are at a crucial stage for making educational decisions. This research employs George Gerbner's Cultivation Theory, which examines how long-term exposure to television content, particularly content related to violence, stereotypes, and cultural values, can shape viewers' perceptions of the real world. The study uses a descriptive quantitative analysis method, involving 100 respondents, with data collected through Google Forms. Based on the research findings, it was revealed that there is a positive relationship, with 28% of the variation in high school students' perceptions in Palembang regarding the importance of higher education being explained by the influence of Clash of Champions.
