This study aims to evaluate the election smart home program (RPP) in building the level of education for novice voters in the KPU of South Sumatra Province. This evaluation was done with the CIPP Stufflebeam model. This research was carried out in the South Sumatra Province. The informant of this study was a visitor to the election smart home. Data collection for each indicator using interview and documentation techniques. The analysis technique uses Descriptive Analysis. Based on the results of the Rpp context evaluation, it is known that visitors stated that this program was carried out effectively. Based on the results of the evaluation of inputs and processes regarding RPP on learning from visitors, the election smart home program has been implemented effectively. Thus, it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of the Election Smart Home in building the level of education for novice voters have been carried out effectively even though there are still obstacles.
