This research is entitled "Conflict Between Community Residents and Owners of Boiler Chicken Farming Businesses in Limansari Village, East Buay Madang District, EAST OKU Regency". This research aims to find out and describe the conflict between community members and the owner of the boiler chicken farming business in Limansari Village. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses Simon Fisher's conflict stages theory and Moore's conflict management. The results of the research are that conflicts that occur in the management of boiler chickens are not good and give rise to symptoms of environmental pollution with the appearance of foul odors originating from chicken manure waste which causes air pollution (smell) and the large number of flies which are a source of disease. The gap in power between the owner of the boiler chicken farming business which at the time was owned by the village head and ordinary people, was the absence of permission for the establishment or permission to manage the business, whether permission from the current village head or from the relevant agencies. Conflict handling is carried out by mediating and negotiating between third parties, namely the first party, the business owner, the second party, community members and the third party, the village head Keywords: Social Conflict, Community Members, Boiler Chicken Farming Business
