UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR (PKB) MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI E-DEMPO DI SAMSAT I KOTA PALEMBANG
This research aims to find out how the efforts made by SAMSAT I Palembang City to improve service quality using online-based applications, namely E-Dempo. This research was conducted using Descriptive Qualitative research methods and data collection through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. Referring to the Theory of Parasuraman et.al (2005) tested using 7 (dimensions) of Electronic Service Quality namely: Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact. The results showed that the efforts that have been made to improve Service Quality using the E-Dempo Application were tested using the dimensions of the E-Dempo application significantly improve the service process, speed up data processing, and reduce the potential for human error. In addition, this application provides easy access for taxpayers to make tax payments online, increases transparency, and provides more accurate information. This research provides a positive contribution to Motor Vehicle Tax Services at SAMSAT I Palembang City. As a recommendation, further development
