This research is entitled "Implementation of the ASN BerAKHLAK Core Value in the Communication and Informatics Office of Palembang City". The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the ASN BerAKHLAK core value in the Palembang City Communication and Informatics Office. The research method used is qualitative research. This study also used the theory of Van Horn and Van Meter (1975), which is divided into 6 dimensions, namely policy standards and objectives, resources, communication and organizational activities, the character of implementing agencies, the disposition of implementers, and social, economic and political conditions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the ASN BerAKHLAK core value in the Communication and Informatics Office of Palembang City has run optimally. However, there are some findings in the existing research process, namely the non-fulfillment of several existing indicators, such as in the interpretation indicator there is still no massive dissemination of information about the program, the budget indicator is not found budget, and the organizational internalization indicator is not found program-related guidelines.
