Income is one of the main factors that will greatly influence the impact of the oil palm plantation itself. Income is a very important factor for us to know whether the farming business we are carrying out is in the category of success or failure. Farmers' income is of course also influenced by the level of maturity of the fresh fruit bunches (FFB) harvested by farmers. The level of maturity of this fruit can be seen from the condition and condition of the oil palm fruit where the condition of the oil palm fruit is divided into two, namely restant fruit and non-restant fruit. The difference in fruit condition will affect the amount of CPO oil produced by the fruit so that the selling price of these two FFB conditions different. The aim of this thesis is to find out and describe what factors influence the maturity level of oil palm FFB in Saleh Mulya Village, Air Saleh District, Banyuasin Regency and to see and determine the income of oil palm farmers in Saleh Mulya Village, Air Saleh District, Banyuasin Regency. The method used is the description method and also the income calculation method with a total of 30 respondents. The data processing used is to describe the results of interviews with oil palm farmers in Saleh Mulya village so that the results obtained show that the factors that influence the maturity level of oil palm are the process and time of harvesting, transportation, transportation distance, harvesting equipment and the type of seed used. Meanwhile, for farmer income, the average income from palm oil is IDR 54.429.267 the average non-oil palm farming income is IDR 24.066.667 and the average non-farming income is IDR 7.000.000.
